Trifectify is not responsible for client misuse of provided tools, including but not limited to: SMS systems, AI agents, automations, websites, ads, emails, funnels, or CRM tools.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Trifectify — including templates, websites, sales funnels, copy, automations, scripts, marketing assets, AI systems, and training materials — are the intellectual property of Trifectify LLC.
Unless authorized in writing:
You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials
You may not remove branding, copyrights, or proprietary notices
You may use materials only for your own business
4. Payment Terms
All payments for Services are due per the billing schedule outlined in your service agreement, invoice, or subscription.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our work:
All payments are final
No refunds are issued once work has begun or access to systems has been granted
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled per your agreement’s terms
Trifectify reserves the right to suspend service for late or failed payments.
5. AI, Automations & Digital Systems
By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
AI systems (chatbots, voice agents, automations) may produce unpredictable or inaccurate outputs
We do not guarantee conversion rates, lead numbers, appointments, or revenue outcomes
You are responsible for reviewing all lead communications, messages, and appointments generated through AI systems
You must ensure AI usage complies with federal and state regulations
Trifectify is not liable for any damages caused by AI or automation outputs.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Trifectify uses third-party platforms such as:
GoHighLevel (CRM & automations)
Twilio or similar (SMS/voice services)
Google/Facebook/TikTok (ads)
Stripe, PayPal, or banks (payments)
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies of these platforms.
Trifectify is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our Services is governed by our:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the six months prior to the claim.

Upon termination, all licenses and access granted by Trifectify end immediately.
