2. Demo Bookings
If you book a demo for Chat2Checkout or any Trifectify service, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, business information, email address, phone number, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry.
We may contact you to confirm your demo, send reminders, follow up, answer questions, and discuss whether our services are a fit for your business.
Booking a demo does not guarantee acceptance as a customer, availability of services, specific results, or any particular offer.
3. SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Trifectify LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, demo booking, appointments, reminders, customer support, account updates, and service-related communications.

8. No Guaranteed Results
Trifectify may provide marketing, automation, lead capture, communication, or sales-related services. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, profit, conversion rates, lead volume, customer acquisition, deliverability, platform approval, or business outcomes unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Trifectify LLC.
Any examples, case studies, estimates, or projections are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
9. Payments and Fees
Pricing, payment terms, billing schedules, and service fees will be provided in a separate invoice, checkout page, proposal, agreement, or written communication.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase or agreement.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service, package, or agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, payments for services already performed, setup work, strategy work, onboarding, consulting, custom builds, or completed deliverables may be non-refundable.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trifectify LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of our website, communications, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our website, products, or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Trifectify for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, unless otherwise required by law.
