However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, profit, conversion rates, lead volume, customer acquisition, deliverability, platform approval, account performance, or other business outcomes unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Trifectify LLC.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, estimates, forecasts, or projections are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
Pricing, payment terms, billing schedules, commissions, revenue-sharing arrangements, and service fees may be provided in a separate invoice, checkout page, proposal, agreement, statement of work, or written communication.

Ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client may be governed by a separate agreement between the client and Trifectify.

Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties except as reasonably necessary to provide services, work with authorized contractors or service providers, comply with the law, or with the other party's permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trifectify LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of our website, communications, products, or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trifectify LLC's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a specific product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Trifectify for that specific product or service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
